BloomHealth collects health data you explicitly provide or authorise us to access: manual logs (weight, meals, sleep, symptoms, mood), wearable data via integrations like Terra (steps, heart rate, sleep stages), lab report PDFs and their extracted values, and chat conversations with our AI assistant.
Your data powers your personal dashboard and AI insights. We never sell your data. We use Google's Vertex AI to process chat messages — the content is transmitted but not used to train third-party models.
Data is encrypted at rest in our PostgreSQL database and AWS S3. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store payment card details.
You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from account settings. If you cancel your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
